Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on limb salvage and lower limb function in patients with malignant bone tumor. Methods 60 patients with malignant bone tumor admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to October 2021 were divided into two groups according to random number table method. 30 patients in the control group received routine nursing and 30 patients in the study group received whole-course rehabilitation nursing. The limb salvage effect and lower limb function of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of limb pain, functional activity, walking ability and gait change in the study group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of health feeling, daily activities, diet and sleep in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The whole process of rehabilitation nursing in patients with malignant bone tumor can promote the recovery of lower limb function, improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
