Effect of Labelolol combined with Nifedipine on clinical effect of hypertensive patients during pregnancy
Objective To analyze the effect of Labelolol combined with nifedipine on the clinical effect of hypertensive patients during pregnancy. Methods A total of 120 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method: 40 patients in the control group were treated with nifedipine, and 40 patients in the study group were treated with Labeolol on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the blood pressure level and 24 h urinary protein index in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%, higher than that of the control group (76.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Labelolol combined with nifedipine in the treatment of hypertensive patients during pregnancy can improve urinary protein symptoms, reduce blood pressure, improve clinical efficacy, and high safety.
