三维影像重建技术与 PBL 联合教学在胸外科肺部解剖教学中的应用

目的 分析三维影像重建技术与基于问题的学习(PBL)联合教学在胸外科肺部解剖教学中的应用效果。方法 选取天津医科大学2020年1月~2021年12月胸外科肺部解剖学生30名,将其作为观察组,应用三维影像重建技术联合PBL教学法进行胸外科肺部解剖教学,选取天津医科大学2018年1月~2019年12月胸外科肺部解剖学生30名,将其作为对照组,应用传统授课模式(LBL)教学法进行胸外科肺部解剖教学,比较两组教学法对学生学习情况的影响。结果 观察组学生解剖辨识成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生理论知识中选择题、填空题、简答题、论述题及总分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生学习效果提升、自主学习能力提高、解决问题能力提升、知识掌握更牢固评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对两组教学方法的课程资源、教学模式教学内容设计、考评方式、教学效果、教师专业素质的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 三维影像重建技术+PBL教学法可以帮助学生建立直观印象,提高解决问题的能力,是一种优秀的教学方法。
Objective To analyze the effect of 3D image reconstruction combined with problem-based learning (PBL) in pulmonary anatomy teaching in thoracic surgery department. Methods Thirty students of thoracic surgery from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group. Three-dimensional image reconstruction technology combined with PBL teaching method was used to teach pulmonary anatomy in thoracic surgery department. Thirty students of thoracic surgery from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the control group. The traditional teaching mode (LBL) was used to teach pulmonary anatomy in thoracic surgery, and the influence of two groups of teaching methods on students’ learning was compared. Results The anatomical identification scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Multiple choice questions, fill in the blank questions, short answer questions, essay questions and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The students in the observation group had higher satisfaction with the curriculum resources, teaching mode, teaching content design, evaluation method, teaching effect and teachers’ professional quality than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The 3D image reconstruction technology +PBL teaching method can help students establish intuitive impression, improve the ability to solve problems, is an excellent teaching method.
