The influence of epidemic prevention and control on adolescents' bad mood and family relationship
Objective To explore the effects of prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia on adolescents'' bad mood and family relationship. Methods A total of 2 984 adolescents with novel coronavirus pneumonia from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected. The psychological state, family function and the influence of adolescent life events were evaluated by the Self-Assessment Symptom Scale (SCL-90), the Family Function Rating Scale (FAD) and the Adolescent Life Events Scale (ASLEC). Results The higher the grade, the higher the score of SCL-90 in total score, psychosis, paranoia, hostility, anxiety, depression and somatization, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The higher the grade, the lower the terror factor score, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in interpersonal relationship and compulsion score (P>0.05). The total score, psychosis, paranoia, terror, anxiety, depression, somatization, interpersonal relationship and compulsion scores of male adolescent SCL-90 were lower than those of female adolescents, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The antagonistic factor score of female students was lower than that of male students, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total function, emotional involvement, problem solving, behavioral control, communication, role and emotional response scores of FAD increased successively. There was no significant difference in the score of ASLEC loss factor among all grades (P>0.05). The scores of punishment, adaptation, interpersonal stress factor and learning stress were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion In the case of novel coronavirus pneumonia, adolescents may have obvious bad mood, poor family function, loss factors, punishment, adaptation, interpersonal stress factors and learning stress life events are relatively enhanced.
