Objective To observe the construction and application of clinical nursing path of transurethral resection of prostate guided by Kuaiyou rehabilitation. Methods A total of 63 patients who received guided transurethral resection of prostate in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (31 cases) and observation group (32 cases). The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received clinical nursing path of optimal rapid rehabilitation. The clinical indexes, postoperative pain grading and complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The clinical indexes of 2 groups were lower after treatment than before treatment, and observation group was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Postoperative pain grading of observation group was significantly better than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The clinical nursing path of transurethral resection of prostate guided by rapid rehabilitation can effectively improve the tolerance of patients, improve the clinical indicators, reduce the incidence of complications, and facilitate the prognosis.
