Application of minimally invasive techniques in surgical treatment of colorectal cancer
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive techniques in colorectal cancer surgery. Methods A total of 70 colorectal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and the patients were grouped by single and even number, 35 cases were included in the control group, 35 cases were classified into the observation group, the control group was treated by open radical colorectal cancer, and the research group was treated by laparoscopic radical rectal cancer resection, comparing the treatment effects of the two groups. Results Surgery related indexes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before operation, there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups (P>0.05). At 1 month, 6 months and 12 months after surgery, the life quality score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of minimally invasive technology in colorectal cancer surgery has a significant effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
