Objective To analyze the clinical effect of seamless nursing management in surgical nursing. Methods 78 surgical patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected and divided into groups. 39 patients in the control group received routine nursing management, and 39 patients in the experimental group received seamless nursing management. The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared, the quality of nursing, nursing errors and patient nursing satisfaction. Results The scores of operation skill, communication ability, nursing responsibility and active service consciousness of experimental group were higher than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The number of drug dispensing errors and nursing delay in the test group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of seamless nursing management in surgical nursing management has achieved good results, nursing quality is relatively high, has good application value.
