Objective To summarize the application methods and effects of specialized nursing technology for critically ill patients in primary hospitals. Methods A total of 78 critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were treated with specialist nursing techniques such as bedside blood purification and ultrasound-guided arteriovenous catheterization, and the successful treatment of the patients was observed. rate and complication rate. Results After the intervention of specialized nursing techniques, all 78 patients were successfully treated. During the nursing period, 1 patient who underwent bedside blood purification developed coagulation, and 1 patient underwent ultrasound-guided nasointestinal catheterization who developed hoarseness and complications. The incidence rate was 2.56%. After symptomatic treatment, the patient''s complications subsided. Conclusion The application of specialized nursing techniques such as bedside blood purification and ultrasound-guided arteriovenous catheterization in the nursing of critically ill patients in primary hospitals has a significant effect, which can not only improve the success rate of patients'' treatment, but also reduce the incidence of complications.
