Objective To analyze the effect of health education and nursing intervention on hyperlipidemia in healthy physical examination population. Methods Fifty healthy patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected for this study. They were randomly divided into control group (25 cases, routine nursing) and observation group (25 cases, combined health education nursing), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results There were statistically significant differences in blood lipid indexes between the two groups (P<0.05). The scores of disease prevention, health behavior and self-care knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The rate of dietary compliance and exercise compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education and nursing for patients with hyperlipidemia has obvious effect, which can help patients correct bad behaviors and develop good living habits.
