摘要
目的 分析丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病性冠心病的效果。方法 选取70例本院收治的糖尿病性冠心病患者,随机分组,进行常规治疗(纳入对照组)与常规治疗+丹参滴丸治疗(纳入观察组),研究时间为2019年12月~2021年12月。进行疗效、血脂、血糖、血管内皮功能、不良心血管事件、安全性等指标的综合对比评价。结果 组间疗效对比,观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间血糖、血脂指标对比,观察组均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间ET水平对比,观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间NO水平对比,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间不良心血管事件对比,观察组比例更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间再住院率相比,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间安全性对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 丹参滴丸应用在糖尿病性冠心病的治疗中,利于通过控制血糖、血脂水平,改善血管内皮功能,促使疾病得到控制,降低各种不良心血管事件发生,可降低再住院率,且用药安全性高。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Danshen dripping pills on diabetic coronary heart disease.Methods Seventy patients with diabetic coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were randomLy divided into two groups and received conventional treatment(included in the control group)and conventional treatment+Danshen dripping pills treatment(included in the observation group). The study period was from December 2019 to December 2021.A comprehensive comparative evaluation of the effiffifficacy,blood lipids,blood sugar,vascular endothelial function,adverse cardiovascular events,safety and other indicators was carried out.Results The comparison of curative effect between groups was higher in the observation group(P<0.05);the comparison of blood glucose and blood lipid indexes between the groups was lower in the observation group(P<0.05);the comparison of ET levels between the groups was higher in the observation group(P<0.05);Comparison of NO levels between groups,the observation group was lower(P<0.05);Comparison of adverse cardiovascular events between groups,the observation group ratio was lower(P<0.05);Compared with the rehospitalization rate between groups,the observation group was lower(P<0.05);there was no signifificant difffference in safety between the groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Danshen dripping pills are used in the treatment of diabetic coronary heart disease,which is benefificial to control blood sugar and blood lipid levels,improve vascular endothelial function,and promote disease.Under control,reduce the occurrence of various adverse cardiovascular events and reduce the rate of readmission, and the drug safety is high.
