Clinical observation of omeprazole and pantoprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer
Objective To compare the clinical effects of omeprazole and pantoprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods 80 patients with gastric ulcer who received treatment in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole and amoxicillin, while patients in the observation group were treated with pantoprazole and amoxicillin, The effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life of patients in the observation group were also significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of pantoprazole combined with amoxicillin is better than that of omeprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients.
