Effect of eprazole on gastric function in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of eprazole on gastric function in patients with gastroesophageal reflux. Methods 100 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who received treatment in our hospital from February 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects, and divided into control group and observation group with 50 patients in each group according to random blind selection method. The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules combined with Mosapride citrate dispersive tablets. The observation group was treated with eprazole on the basis of the treatment scheme of the control group. The therapeutic effect, gastrointestinal function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the observation group and the control group. Results ① Food intake time, exhaust time, bowel sound recovery time, defecation time, hospital stay time, gastrointestinal function recovery time of observation group were shorter than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ② The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ③ The incidence of dizziness, gastrointestinal discomfort and other adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of eprazole on patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease is outstanding, which can improve gastrointestinal function and accelerate the recovery of patients with high safety.
