Objective To observe the effect of oxygen saturation on the depth of sputum aspiration in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after tracheotomy. Methods This medical study was conducted on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with tracheotomy. 90 patients volunteered to participate in the study, and the study period was from January 2021 to August 2022. The enrolled patients were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group, who were given shallow sputum aspiration program in the control group and deep sputum aspiration program in the observation group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The blood pressure related indexes, oxygen saturation related indexes, quality of life, daily living ability and adverse reactions after sputum expulsion were compared between the observation group and the control group. The results showed that the former group was better than the other group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after tracheotomy, the indexes of arterial oxygen saturation and cerebral tissue oxygen saturation were significantly improved, and the level of life ability and quality of life were significantly improved, with significant clinical effects.
