Study on the application value and satisfaction of continuous improvement of quality nursing management in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To study the effect of continuous quality improvement on nursing quality and satisfaction of patients with uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 108 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and comparison group, with 54 cases in each group. The comparison group used traditional nursing intervention, the experimental group on the basis of the comparison group added with high-quality nursing management quality continuous improvement, compared the two groups of nursing effect. Results The incidence of adverse events was 9.26% in the experimental group and 16.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction was 92.59% in the experimental group and 85.19% in the comparison group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the comparison group, while the scores of PSQI scale, HAMD scale and HAMA scale were lower than that of the comparison group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The symptom elimination time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, the rehabilitation quality score was lower than that of the control group, the hospital stay and sleep time were longer than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of compliance, job quality and job satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the comparison group, while the score of job burnout was lower than that of the comparison group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Uterine fibroids are gynecological diseases with a high clinical incidence in China. Continuous improvement of quality nursing management can significantly improve the quality of nursing and improve nursing satisfaction.
