目的 探讨过敏性紫癜患儿环境干预对复发率及SF-36维度健康调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey，SF-36)评分的影响。方法 选取本院2021年5月～2022年5月收治的过敏性紫癜患儿78例，以随机数表法将其分为干预组与常规组，各39例，干预组行常规护理，常规组在此基础上行强化环境干预。对比两组患儿复发率及SF-36评分，分析环境干预护理效果。结果 干预组复发率为10。26％，较常规组的28。21％下降了17。95％，干预组皮损、疼痛消失及缓解时间均短于常规组，且住院时间相较常规组也显著缩短，干预后，干预组SF-36各项评分均高于常规组，干预组护理满意度为97。44％，较常规组的79。49％提高了17。95％。上述数据组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0。05)。结论 环境干预可有效缩短过敏性紫癜患儿住院时间，且有利于疼痛、皮损等症状的快速缓解，同时可降低复发率、提高患儿SF-36评分及护理满意度，应用效果显著。
Effect of environmental intervention on recurrence rate and SF-36 score in children with purpura
Objective To investigate the effects of environmental intervention on the recurrence rate and score of the MOS item short from health survey (SF-36) in children with purpura. Methods 78 children with henoch-schonlein purpura admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into intervention group and conventional group, 39 cases in each group. The intervention group received routine nursing, and the conventional group received enhanced environmental intervention on this basis. The recurrence rate and SF- 36 score of the two groups were compared, and the effect of environmental intervention nursing was analyzed. Results The recurrence rate in the intervention group was 10.26％, which decreased by 17.95％ compared with 28.21％ in the conventional group. The time of skin loss, pain disappearance and relief in the intervention group was shorter than that in the conventional group, and the length of hospital stay was also significantly shorter than that in the conventional group. After intervention, the scores of SF-36 in the intervention group were higher than that in the conventional group, and the nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was 97.44％. It was 17.95％ higher than 79.49％ in the conventional group. Among the above data groups, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Environmental intervention can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay in children with purpura, and is conducive to the rapid relief of symptoms such as pain and skin lesions. At the same time, it can reduce the recurrence rate, improve the SF-36 score and nursing satisfaction of children, and the application effect is significant.
