Positive psychology theory is used for the therapeutic care effect of schizophrenia
Objective To analyze the effect of positive psychology theory on schizophrenia on its rehabilitation effect. Methods A total of 64 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to August 2022 were randomly selected as observation objects, and the color ball extraction method was used to divide them into two groups, namely the comparison group and the observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The comparison group received routine nursing interventions, while the observation group received positive psychology theory to compare the psychological qualities, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life of the two groups. Results By comparing the experimental results of the two groups, the psychological quality, nursing satisfaction, Concise Psychosis Scale (BPRS), Social Function Defect Screening Scale (SDSS), and Self-Test Health Assessment Scale (SRHMS) were significantly better than those of the two groups, and the comparison difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical intervention effect of positive psychology theory on patients with schizophrenia is remarkable, which can not only improve their psychological state, but also improve the satisfaction of patients, strengthen their overall quality of life.
