Objective To investigate the effect of emergency quick nursing procedure on emergency rescue of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 86 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (from October 2019 to October 2021) in our hospital were selected as research objects. Under the principle of systematic sampling, they were divided into two groups: control group (receiving routine emergency nursing) and observation group (receiving emergency quick nursing process), with 43 cases in each group. The results of emergency rescue were compared: nursing quality score, rescue time, rescue effect and incidence of adverse events. Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the incidence of prognostic adverse events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The time from admission to diagnosis, diagnosis to specialty or surgical treatment and the total emergency time were shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, GCS score and NIHSS score of the two groups were significantly improved, and GCS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and NIHSS score was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of emergency fast nursing procedure in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage can better protect the life of patients, improve the overall quality of nursing, reduce the risk of death, and obtain the ideal prognosis.
