Analysis on the Improvement of Cognitive Function, Motor Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Stroke Recovery Period by Systematic Rehabilitation Therapy
Objective To evaluate the effects of systematic rehabilitation on cognitive function, motor function and quality of life of convalescent stroke patients. Methods The cases were collected from January 2021 to July 2022, and the subjects were convalescent stroke patients treated in our hospital. 84 cases were included and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 42 cases in each group, respectively receiving routine nursing and systematic rehabilitation treatment. The rehabilitation indexes of the two groups were evaluated and compared: Cognitive function, neurological function, motor function, quality of life, negative emotion. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of orientation, memory, attention, numeracy and language ability in the observation group were significantly higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no statistical significance in the neurological and motor function and negative emotion scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the neurological function, anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the motor function scores were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The quality of life score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group after intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Providing systematic rehabilitation therapy for convalescent patients with stroke can not only help patients recover normal cognitive and motor functions, relieve negative emotions, but also greatly improve their living standards and reduce the degree of damage to cerebral nerves.
