Objective To analyze the nursing effect of patients with colorectal diseases receiving surgical treatment combined with the new concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. Methods 100 cases of colorectal surgery patients were studied from January 2020 to May 2022. The subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group and observation group received routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation surgery new concept intervention measures, respectively, to compare the nursing differences between the two groups. Results After nursing, the clinical indicators of the observation group were significantly lower, the score of the life quality assessment scale was significantly higher, the score of the psychological assessment table was significantly lower, the level of gastrointestinal hormones was significantly lower, the overall safety was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion When patients with colorectal disease receive surgical treatment, combined with the new concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention, it can effectively relieve or improve the adverse mood of patients, shorten the length of hospital stay, accelerate the recovery of patients'' body and gastrointestinal function. Moreover, the patients'' poor quality of life was also improved after the intervention, so as to minimize the risk of complications such as urinary retention, intestinal obstruction, incision infection and anastomotic fistula, so as to ensure the safety of patients.
