Effect analysis of strengthening rehabilitation nursing combined with psychological nursing on limb function and psychological state of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia
Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of intensive rehabilitation nursing combined with psychological nursing during the clinical treatment of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 110 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group (55 cases) and observation group (55 cases) by red and white ball grouping method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received psychological nursing combined with intensive rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of clinical related indicators and quality of life in the observation group were higher after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Carrying out psychological nursing combined with intensive rehabilitation nursing mode for patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia can meet the realistic needs of patients for clinical nursing to the maximum extent, not only can effectively improve their psychological condition, but also can accelerate the speed of recovery of limb function and daily living ability, improve their quality of life.
