To observe the application effect of high quality nursing service in schizophrenia nursing
Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing service in schizophrenia nursing. Methods 64 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were randomly selected and divided into conventional group and research group, 32 cases each. The conventional nursing service was used in the conventional group and the high quality nursing service was used in the research group. result The score of the study group was (1.34±0.27) for activation, (2.55±1.41) for aggression, (6.80±1.95) for thinking disorder, (1.33±1.06) for depression, (4.11±2.70) for paranoia, and (2.15±1.15) for lack of response. PANSS score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The medication compliance rate in the study group was 93.75％, and that in the conventional group was 75.00％. The medication compliance rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse events was 9.38％ in the study group and 28.13％ in the conventional group. The incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in schizophrenia nursing has exact effects, can effectively improve patients'' clinical symptoms, improve patients'' quality of life and medication compliance, and few adverse events.
