目的 观察以问题为导向的教学模式(PBL)+思维导图模式对临床护士带教的影响.方法 选择2020年8月~2021年10月于本院进行工作的临床护士52人,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组26人,其中对照组进行常规带教,观察组给予PBL+思维导图带教模式,对比两种模式教学效果.结果 带教后,两组理论、操作成绩均升高,并且,观察组的理论、操作成绩均分别高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);观察组批判思维、寻找真相、认知程度、思辨能力、整体思想、求知欲望等各评分高于对照组相应维度评分,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论 在临床护士带教中应用PBL+思维导图模式,能提高带教成绩,促进护士临床思维能力的提升.
Objective To observe the influence of problem-oriented teaching model (PBL) + mind map model on clinical nurse teaching. Methods 52 clinical nurses working in our hospital from August 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 26 in each group. The control group received routine teaching, while the observation group was given PBL+ mind map teaching mode, and the teaching effects of the two modes were compared. Results After teaching, the theoretical and operational scores of the two groups were increased, and the theoretical and operational scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of critical thinking, truth seeking, cognitive degree, critical thinking ability, overall thought and desire for knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL+ mind map model in clinical nurse teaching can improve the teaching performance and promote the improvement of nurses'' clinical thinking ability.
