为了满足中国先进研究堆(CARR)运行深层次的功能要求,对原有重水浓缩监控系统进行了升级改进,软件界面进行了重新开发设计,提供了友好的人机操作界面,在原系统中增加了"电解电源功率调节"和"通风流量"的监测通道和远程操作员站,实现了重水浓缩生产工艺的自动化控制,提高了重水浓缩的生产效率,保证了重水浓缩系统的安全性和可靠性.另外,CARR重水浓缩监控系统的改进也可为其他反应堆类似系统的实现具有借鉴意义.
In order to meet the in-depth functional requirements of the China Advanced Research Reactor(CARR),the original heavy water concentration monitoring system is upgraded and improved,the software interface is redeveloped and designed,a friendly man-machine operation interface is provided,and the monitoring channel and remote operator station of"electrolytic power supply power regulation"and"ventilation flow"are added to the original system,which realizes the automatic control of the heavy water concentration production process,improves the production efficiency of heavy water concentration,and ensures the safety and reliability of the heavy water concentration system.In addition,the improvement of the CARR heavy water concentration monitoring system can also be used as a reference for the implementation of similar systems in other reactors.
