摘要

文章首先分析了备品备件管理的基本含义,其次分析了当前风电、光伏设备备品备件传统储备模式存在的问题,再次分析了现代备品备件库存管理模式和其实际应用的意义,最后分析了风电、光伏设备备品备件联储模式实施过程和实际获得的效果.通过分析发现,风电、光伏设备备品备件联储模式具有较多的优势,可以推广利用.

Abstract

This paper firstly analyzes the basic meaning of duplicate parts and spare parts management,then analyzes the problems in the traditional reserve mode of duplicate parts and spare parts for wind power and photovoltaic equipment,analyzes the modern duplicate parts and spare parts inventory management mode and its practical application significance,and finally analyzes the implementation process and actual effect of duplicate parts and spare parts combined reserve mode for wind power and photovoltaic equipment.Through the analysis,it is found that the duplicate parts and spare parts combined reserve mode for wind power and photovoltaic equipment has many advantages and can be popularized and utilized.
