In this paper,a test method is designed to sense the inductance temperature rise of aviation electronic devices in real-time manner, that is,the contact-type sampling of the inductance temperature rise data. The sample data is magnified in the same proportion, and the collected data is filtered in a unified manner to eliminate external interference conditions. The heat transfer theorem is introduced, the inductance heat conduction control equation is designed, and the inductance temperature rise test result is output. The test results show that, the difference between the temperature test results obtained by this method and the test results of the direct contact temperature detector is within the range of±0.1℃.As the inductance run time increases, the test temperature rise value gradually increases, and there is a positive relationship between the two.
