Establishing Long-Term Governance Mechanism and Improving Feeding Data Quality
Taking the feeding data governance of a large iron and steel enterprise as an example,this paper analyzes the problems in the feeding data management of general iron and steel enterprises,and realizes the improvement of data quality by constructing and improving the data governance standard system,establishing a standardized data governance process,improving the support of system construction,and strengthening the application of informatization,which provides reliable support for cost accounting and standard cost formulation,lays the foundation for the cost monthly settlement and efficiency improvement,provides a reference basis for the company to reduce costs and increase efficiency,and has a certain guiding role for related enterprises.
