摘要
文章以湖南图书馆数字阅读平台为例,以平台2021年度使用数据作为支撑,从资源种类、用户数量、阅读偏好、平台活动、资源更新多角度分析了平台运行现状,研究发现了平台在自建资源利用、平台影响力构建、数字资源采购、数字阅读推广、平台迭代升级方面还存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了针对性的对策建议,以期为公共图书馆优化数字阅读平台服务提供参考与借鉴.
Abstract
Taking the digital reading platform of Hunan Library as an example,based on the use data of the platform in 2021,this paper analyzes the operation status of the platform from the perspectives of resource types,number of users,reading preferences,platform activities,and resource updates,finds the platform problems on the utilization of self-built resources,the construction of platform influence,the procurement of digital resources,the promotion of digital reading,and the iterative upgrading of the platform,and proposes the targeted countermeasures and suggestions for these problems,aiming to provide reference for public libraries to optimize the digital reading platform service.
