摘要

针对我国目前流浪动物救助站点资金和人手短缺、流浪动物救助活动难以开展的问题,本文提出一种基于区块链的流浪动物救助—筹款模式.首先,根据不同类型用户的需要设计出平台功能;然后,结合区块链技术去中心化、防伪溯源等特点设计了平台的系统架构;最后,对资金流动的追踪和实时更新等关键技术进行详细说明.以区块链为底层技术搭建的救助—筹款平台,有利于将善款的流动情况记录在区块链分布式账本上,提高其可信度.

Abstract

For the shortage of funds and manpower for stray animal rescue sites in China and the difficulty in carrying out stray animal rescue activities at present,this paper proposes a blockchain-based stray animal rescue-fundraising mode.Firstly,the platform functions are designed according to the needs of different types of users;then the system architecture of the platform is designed in combination with the characteristics of blockchain technology,such as decentralization and anti-counterfeiting traceability;finally,the key technologies such as tracking and real-time update of capital flow are described in detail.The rescue-fundraising platform built with blockchain as the underlying technology is conducive to recording the flow of donations on the blockchain distributed ledger and improving its credibility.
