Construction and Application of Chronic Disease Patient Management System Based on WeChat Ecology
Objective:To construct a chronic disease patient management system,and to provide diagnosis and treatment management services such as sign recording,data monitoring,online follow-up and prescription renewal,medication guidance,intelligent return visit and health education.Methods:A chronic disease patient management system was built based on the WeChat ecology,and the database was designed based on MySQL using Java programming language,SSM enterprise application framework based on J2EE technology,and deployed on Tencent Cloud platform.Results:A health management database for patients with chronic diseases was formed,and patient health records were created to provide whole-process chronic disease management services for patients with chronic diseases,including expert consultation,diagnosis,nursing,follow-up and prescription renewal,and drug distribution.
