摘要

建筑工程项目中的物资种类多、数量庞大,其物资管理及调配关乎项目的建设效率、质量及效益.在现阶段的行业发展过程中,人们对建筑工程物资管理提出了全新的要求,企业在参与项目时需从供应链角度优化物资管理路径及方法,构建科学的管理体系.一些企业在参与建筑项目时虽开展了物资管理工作,但因为未融入供应链理论,管理效果不佳,未来需将供应链与物资管理相结合.基于此,本文重点分析了供应链视角下建筑工程物资管理的相关策略,以期指导实际工作.

Abstract

There are many kinds and large quantities of materials in construction engineering projects,and the management and allocation of materials are related to the construction efficiency,quality and benefit of the project.In the process of the industrial development at the present stage,people have put forward new requirements for the management of construction engineering materials.Enterprises need to optimize the path and method of material management from the perspective of supply chain when participating in projects,and build a scientific management system.Although some enterprises have carried out material management work when participating in construction projects,the management effect is not good because they have not integrated into the supply chain theory.In the future,supply chain and material management should be combined.Based on this condition,this paper focuses on the analysis of construction engineering material management strategies from the perspective of supply chain,aiming to guide practical work.
