Research on Application of Hospital Library Service in"Micro Era"——Example of Baise People's Hospital
Objective:To expound the significance of the service provided by the WeChat official account platform in the"Micro Era",explore the basic framework of the WeChat official account platform,and provide some reference for this hospital to build the library's WeChat official account platform in the future.Methods:93 users who entered the library of this hospital and obtained services were followed up in the form of questionnaire.The feedback and suggestions of users on the construction of library's WeChat official account platform were collected,a statistical analysis was performed,and the basic framework of the platform construction was put forward.Results:The vast majority of the surveyed users hope that the library can build a WeChat official account platform with official style,subject classification,forums and smart phone bindings,and provide services such as message push.Users can obtain corresponding services according to their own needs.Conclusion:According to the results of the questionnaire,the library of this hospital can build a WeChat official account platform for hospital staff to meet the needs of most users and facilitate access to services and information resources.
