Research on Management of National Defense Scientific and Technological Achievements Based on Knowledge Graph
With the diversification,heterogeneity and quantification of data available to users of national defense scientific and technological achievements,as well as their interdisciplinary and cross-domain characteristics,the traditional retrieval methods have failed to meet the user's demand for accurate and intelligent information acquisition of national defense scientific and technological achievements.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the national defense science and technology report,expounds the step-by-step construction of the knowledge graph of national defense scientific and technological achievements and the use of key technologies,and constructs a knowledge breakthrough model system according to the theory of"seven-step method of ontology construction",so as to realize the efficient query and retrieval of national defense scientific and technological achievements,and provide users with more accurate and efficient scientific and technological achievement management services.
