摘要

为了更好地度量软件开发的成本,设计实现了一种软件成本度量系统.首先基于我国现行标准,引入了一个三阶段的估算模型.该模型先是基于软件功能点计算规模,再利用规模估算开发所需的工作量和总成本.在此基础上,开发了软件成本度量系统.应用实例表明,该系统具有较高的估算精度.

Abstract

In order to better estimate the software development cost,a software cost estimation system is designed and realized.Firstly,a three-phase estimation model is introduced based on the current standards in China.This model first calculates the software scale based on the function points of the software,and then uses the scale to estimate the efforts and total cost required for development.On this basis,the software cost estimation system is developed.Application cases show that the system has a high estimation accuracy.
