摘要

随着信息化系统项目复杂性的提升,项目管理的要求也越来越高,项目前期的规划是否合理是项目能否成功开展完成的关键.在需求策划阶段,对需求功能拆解和任务分工就显得尤为重要.基于此,文章提出了一种基于NESMA方法拆解功能点的任务自动组包与收发包方法及实现,主要用于项目开展前期对任务的划分,最大程度的将系统需求功能点的颗粒度变细,加强了项目的管理,便于后期任务的分工和结算.

Abstract

With the increasing complexity of the information system project,the project management requirements are also increasing.Whether the early planning of the project is reasonable is the key to the successful implementation and completion of the project.In the demand planning stage,it is particularly important to disassemble the demand functions and divide the tasks.Based on this condition,the paper proposes a method and implements the task automatic package assembly,receiving and issuing based on the NESMA method to disassemble function points,which is mainly used for task division in the early stage of project development,and can maximize the granularity thinning of system demand function points,strengthen project management,and facilitate the division and settlement of tasks in the later stage.
