Analysis of Subway Electromechanical Equipment Installation Project Construction Management
The installation of electromechanical equipment is an important sub-project of the subway construction project,and is related to the subsequent operation status of the subway infrastructure.Therefore,it is necessary to perform well in the construction management of the subway equipment installation operation.Based on this condition,this paper uses the case study method and selects a subway electromechanical equipment project as an example to carry out analysis,briefly summarizes the construction difficulties of the project,and further analyzes the key points of construction management of subway electromechanical equipment installation project from four perspectives:drawing review,BIM technology,organization management,and construction management,so as to provide reference for relevant industry technicians.
