摘要

电力机车的转向架起着至关重要的作用,它不仅能够指引车辆沿着钢轨行驶,还能够承受来自车身和轨道的各种负载,同时还能够减轻动态作用力,其参数的设置对于保证车辆的稳定性和乘客的舒适度至关重要.基于此,本文主要对电力机车转向架构架焊接质量控制相关问题进行了分析,并制定了相应的措施,以供参考.

Abstract

The bogie of the electric locomotive plays a vital role,it can not only guide the vehicle travelling along the rail,but also bear various loads from the electric locomotive body and rail,and reduce the dynamic force.Its parameter setting is very important to ensure the stability of the vehicle and the comfort of passengers.Based on this condition,this paper mainly analyzes the problems related to the welding quality control of the electric locomotive bogie frame,and formulates corresponding measures for reference.
