本文在理论上通过对通风板类零件进行数控铣刀铣切、线切割下料、激光切割下料这三种加工方法的对比分析,综合考虑设备特性、加工时间等生产影响因素,制定工艺方案,通过对比零件最终成形质量,落实出目前可保障通风板类零件加工效率和质量的最优工艺方案,为激光切割技术在铝合金生产中的应用提供了有效佐证.对通风板类零件生产的工艺优化有指导价值,对不同尺寸、不同产量的通风板类零件的生产过程控制有参考价值.
Improvement of Laser Thermoforming of Ventilation Plates
In this paper,through the comparative analysis of the three processing methods of CNC milling cutter milling,wire cutting blanking and laser cutting blanking for ventilation plate parts in theory,comprehensively considering the production influencing factors such as equipment characteristics and processing time,the process plan is formulated.By comparing the final forming quality of the parts,the optimal process plan that can guarantee the processing efficiency and quality of ventilation plate parts is implemented,which provides effective evidence for the application of laser cutting technology in aluminum alloy production.It has guiding value for the process optimization of ventilation plate parts production,and has reference value for the production process control of ventilation plate parts with different sizes and different yields.
