In order to achieve the goal of water-saving agriculture,it is necessary to improve the scientificity and rationality of the planning and design of farmland water conservancy irrigation projects in the process of construction and implementation of farmland water conservancy irrigation projects,realize the vigorous promotion and application of new irrigation technologies,and strive to build a precise water-saving irrigation system,which can meet the irrigation needs of crops,realize the scientific and rational utilization of water resources and land resources,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture in China.Based on this condition,this paper studies the planning and design of farmland water conservancy irrigation projects and irrigation technology.
