In recent years,China's information technology has developed rapidly,and various industries have gradually formed a form of information technology integration,which has opened a new channel for industrial development.Hospital informatization work is complex and has many processes,and the traditional human resource management can no longer meet the needs of modern hospitals.Therefore,the integration of information technology and hospital management is the future development direction of the hospital.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems in the construction of hospital information technology,expounds the application of information technology in hospital management,and finally puts forward measures to improve the information technology in hospital management information system,so as to provide some reference for domestic hospital information management.
