The purpose of this paper is to deeply discuss the design and application of statistical system in primary medical institutions.The system fully meets the needs of basic medical care,public health,performance appraisal,statistical reports,system maintenance and management of primary medical institutions.It realizes zero installation and zero maintenance of the client-side,promotes the sharing of residents'health file information,effectively assists the implementation of grassroots health projects,and significantly improves the level of health work.In addition,it has successfully achieved efficient management of residents'electronic health records.The system provides a powerful information management tool for primary medical institutions,and is expected to improve the quality of medical services and promote the further development of health work.
