This paper analyzes some problems and related influencing factors of the current traffic signal management and control in small-and medium-sized cities in view of the current situation of traffic signal management in small-and medium-sized cities in China,and takes Baotou as an example to explore the new mode of traffic signal management in small-and medium-sized cities,and provides guidance for the formulation of signal control methods in small-and medium-sized cities.
