This paper deeply discusses the multi-faceted application of electronic information technology in building intelligent engineering,and focuses on its practical application and role in the design,construction and operation management of intelligent buildings.The use of Building Information Modelling(BIM)technology,digital twin technology and artificial intelligence in building design,as well as the key role of electronic information technology in building operation management,is discussed.Research shows that electronic information technology is driving transformation and innovation in the construction industry,and has great value and potential to improve the construction quality,safety and efficiency,as well as achieve sustainable development.
