Analysis on Problem Causes and Rectification Countermeasures of County-Level Municipal Solid Waste Landfills—Based on Investigation of County-Level Municipal Solid Waste Landfills Under the Jurisdiction of Liuzhou City
Municipal solid waste landfill is an indispensable means of garbage disposal,and the state has issued or continuously updated many industry technical specifications for the construction and operation of landfills.However,there are still problems in the daily operation and maintenance of landfills,especially in county-level municipal solid waste landfills,and the operation and management problems have become environmental pollution risks that cannot be ignored.Taking the operation and maintenance of county-level municipal solid waste landfills in Liuzhou City as an example,this paper analyzes the problems in the operation of municipal solid waste landfills and provides rectification countermeasures,aiming to provide reference for the rectification and operation of county-level garbage landfills.
