It is of important significance to calculate the calibration uncertainty of charge amplifier correctly for the measurement accuracy of charge amplifier.This paper describes the structure and working principle of charge amplifier,introduces the evaluation method of charge amplifier uncertainty,and analyzes the source of uncertainty deeply,so that the measurement results can reflect the real situation.
