Thermal power plants play a pivotal role in the electric power system.However,in recent years,the ground fault problems of electrical equipment in thermal power plants has occurred frequently,which has brought a serious threat to the safe operation of the electric power system.Ground faults of electrical equipment may cause serious consequences,including equipment damage,production interruptions,and personnel casualties.Therefore,ground fault troubleshooting for electrical equipment is particularly important.This paper will deeply analyze the ground fault troubleshooting methods,so as to help the involved staff.
