摘要
目的:通过Python进行伦理审查全流程中的资料管理.方法:使用Python语言,运用poblib、email、docx、pandas、numpy等第三方功能库对资料进行收集、处理、归档和统计.结果:相比人工,使用Python大大减少了工作时间,平均减少了84%.结论:Python在伦理审查资料管理中发挥了较好的作用.
Abstract
Objective:Data management throughout the ethical review process is performed using Python.Methods:Using Python language,third-party functional libraries such as poblib,email,docx,pandas and numpy are used for data collection,processing,archiving and statistics.Results:Compared to manual work,using Python greatly reduces work time,with an average reduction of 84%.Conclusion:Python has played a good role in ethical review data management.
