With the rapid development of medical information technology and the informatization construction of medical institutions,hospitals have accumulated a large amount of clinical data in their daily work.Clinical data is the core of the hospital information system,and its degree of standardization directly affects the accuracy,completeness and availability of data,so the standardization of clinical data becomes increasingly important.Grade-A tertiary hospitals are the leader and benchmark hospital in China's medical industry,the practical experience of data governance in such hospitals is of great significance to promote the process of clinical data standardization in the entire health industry.This paper takes a Grade-A tertiary hospital as an example to discuss the implementation process and effect of clinical data standardization.
