Optimization Practice of Human Resource Management Mode in Public Hospitals from the Perspective of Informatization
The efficiency,medical quality and service level of hospitals largely depend on the allocation,training and incentive mechanism of human resources.However,with the rapid development of information technology,the traditional management mode can hardly meet the needs of modern medical institutions.This paper mainly elaborates the concept of human resource management mode in public hospitals,and analyzes the significance and strategy to optimize the human resource management mode in public hospitals from the perspective of informatization,aiming to provide reference for hospital practitioners.
