Analysis on Application of Geographic Information System(GIS)in Real Estate Surveying and Mapping
With the improvement of the development level of real estate surveying and mapping,many advanced technologies have appeared on the market.The rational application of geographic information system(hereinafter referred to as GIS technology)in the management of real estate surveying and mapping can effectively improve the accuracy of real estate surveying and mapping data.Therefore,the surveying and mapping unit should plan and design the real estate surveying and mapping scheme with a high feasibility based on the needs of real estate surveying and mapping,and clearly define the operation mode of GIS technology to ensure that the real estate surveying and mapping work can be completed as scheduled.This paper firstly analyzes the significance of using GIS technology in real estate surveying and mapping,and then discusses the practical application of GIS technology in real estate surveying and mapping,so as to provide certain reference for related research.
