Water conservancy projects belong to people's livelihood projects,and have high requirements in terms of project quality and construction period.The use of BIM technology in the construction process of water conservancy projects can effectively improve the construction efficiency and quality of the project.Based on this condition,this paper first briefly analyzes the characteristics of BIM technology,then discusses the advantages of BIM technology applied to water conservancy project construction,analyzes the application points of BIM technology in water conservancy project,and finally looks forward to the promotion of BIM technology in water conservancy project,hoping to provide assistance for the promotion and application of BIM technology in water conservancy project.
